With multiple years of experience as the Founder and CEO of Restorative Justice League and Educational Consulting, I am a youth development expert and practitioner who specializes in restorative practices, social emotional support, and trauma-informed practices. I hold a Master of Education degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology, and certified in victimology which equip me with the knowledge and skills to address the complex challenges and opportunities in education and after-school programs.My company offers consulting services that train and support educators in multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) processes and cultural equitable diversity, as well as coaching and programming that foster peace, healing, and empowerment among youth and adults. I have partnered with various nonprofit organizations, schools, and communities to implement a youth development model that promotes peacemaking, forgiveness, restoration, and justice.
