The team that reports to my position consists of three Store Auditors that does these audits on a weekly basis. - Overview and highlight of inventory stock control, financial risk and losses. With a team of 38 employees which includes 3 senior managers, Inventory, Risk & Optimization Manager, an Operations Inventory Manager through business intelligence and an Inventory Analyst.- Transport cost and financials which needs to be verified with service providers.- Budget and control of the process which also include the CAPEX budget and the control thereof.- Managing staff cost and time keeping through the two systems Kronos and SDM for all departments and 3rd party labour brokers on site.- Ensure operational KPI’s are in line with the operational requirements.- Chair steering committee meetings for finance, claims, stock in transit and cost and productivity.- Ensure and manage half year stock takes and also yearend stock take.
