I am a very keen runner, despite living with Type 1 Diabetes, and have run several marathons. I’ve attempted Comrades five times and only just missed the cut-off time on every occasion, but I am still at it and am determined to get there before too much longer. I am intending to enrol for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification and to complete that over the next three years. I am considering a move into more general senior management, still with a financial background, and I would like to have the opportunity to mentor and coach other managers to help them excel. I am looking forward very much to the next chapter.
