Master's graduate with international study and work experience. Double degree: Master of Business Psychology (CBS Cologne) and Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Resort Management. I was educated in Asia, where I gained a personal intercultural background, and attended international schools. It was there that I completed my first degree. Additionally, I gained my first professional experience in international hotel chains, particularly in the organisation and support of conferences, as well as in the day-to-day business operations within the hotel's core areas.I relocated to Germany to pursue my Master's degree. Simultaneously, I expanded my expertise in internal training and conference management at a prominent insurance company.Having lived on two continents, I thrive in international environments and value working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I am particularly interested in the convergence of personnel development and conference or seminar organisation.
