Mustika Adiperkasa Property Developer, we are now developing 5 stars Hotel & Resort in Ubud, and also Beach Club & Villas in Nusa Penida.Job description :Oversee the plan and design, architecture and interior, adjusting to owner needs, desires, and financial resources.Reviewing and editing specifications with vendor coordination.Checking & reviewing shopdrawing from contractor.Coordinate with multiple disciplines and consultants and integrate into the overall design of the projects. Checking consultants product drawing, including Architect, interior, MEP and landscape drawing.Coordinate with vendors for the appropriate citation of materials and assemblies into the specifications and drawings.Make space planning, designing, for additional space or functions based on owner needs/direction.Following the design process from beginning until finish, including regular site visit to check and make sure the design is well executed.
