Led acquisition of $140,000 cross-domain application, which hosted an aircrew positional upgrade program for one thousand aircrew. Selected to contribute to Air University command relation doctrine development focused on multi-domain command and control.

Directed 12 member Weapons and Tactics Flight, which oversaw the readiness, tactical employment, and execution of multiple Combatant Commander's taskings for 300 personnel. Advised Squadron Commander and Director of Operations on unit preparation, E-3G AWACS crew member upgrades, and the identification of future Weapons Officers. Deployed as Mission Planning Cell Chief, overseeing 24/7 operations supporting 100+ combat sorties. Built unit and wing training plans to meet deployment requirements and to align deployed Wing with National Defense Strategy priorities. Hand-selected to build and brief National Security Adviser's team on deployed operations, and the future of Gulf Cooperations Council strategic partnership with U.S. forces. Authored multiple tactics improvements for the 40 year old E-3G AWACS. Subject matter expert for multi-domain operations (MDO) and Joint All-Domain Command and Control. Presented to Air Force Senior leaders MDO doctrine and Command and Control requirements to drive the Air Force's pivot towards the next-generation battle management system.

Maintains combat mission-ready status for immediate worldwide deployment as an E-3G Evaluator Air Battle Manager. Directs unit's wartime theater certification program; supervises the mission planning team and E-3G operations supporting JCS-level tasks.
