• In the role of TP_SaaS “TPS-Toyota Production System as a Service”, I provided consultancy services for Companies/Businesses, designing strategies for implementing the TPS / Lean Manufacturing philosophy in 2 clients/projects (Comgás to improve safety management/ risk reduction in natural gas and Raízen installations to assess the industrial environment on how to take the first steps in the Lean Journey, completing culture/understanding reports at the operational/technical and management/leadership levels.

• Executed the EHS Change Management plan, integrating the Brazil/LatAm EHS organizational structure to the corporate strategy from 4 perspectives (sustainability, stakeholders, processes, people/learning) to guarantee the maintenance of the EHS Programs (SafeStart, Take Two , Reports that Save, HPT-high performance team), systematization of activities on how to prevent accidents, identify risks, positive environmental impact, intelligent control of KPIs, made me standardize industrial operations through the work of the EHS Leader in each plant, the follow-up meetings with the Board/Management were strengthened and the elimination of identified risks was 48%, there was an improvement in the EHS communication flow with other areas and the physical integrity of employees prevailed;• I built the Official/Legal Information book with Public bodies (Cetesb, Fire Department, Civil-Federal Police, Army, Anvisa), building the informational control matrix for organizing documents, records, licenses, authorizations, communications, salaries , which made it possible to offer training to those involved on the importance of Legal Requirements, defined the dates of internal audits, ensured that the level of compliance with legal requirements was punctual, avoided fines/penalties and mitigated risks of stopping activities; • Implemented the Ergonomic Plan "147 workstations", implementing adjustments based on the AET (ergonomic work evaluation) via the Ergonomics Committee, mapping the physiotherapy control posts, board approval for a Capex of R$ 1 million, running PDCA to analyze improvements, more training was carried out to raise awareness of the ergonomics culture for the entire leadership team/employees, job rotation was carried out (a 54% drop in absenteeism) and expenses with medical treatment fell by R$300K/year; == It continues on Resume ==

• Implemented the EHS Corporate Strategy, integrating the organizational structure for independent management of Toyota Brasil, which with an intense action plan that consisted of the systematization of the Standardized Work/Observation of process, in the daily routine of 4S+S / STOP 6 / DOJO of safety / active care habits / Felt Leadership / Kiken Yochi (risk perception) / Kaizens and even OSHMS (risk analysis), safety/environment patrols and Yokotens (similar situations of accidents/abnormalities) the achievement was the reduction of 26% in incident rate and 33% in ergonomic risks; as well as the EHS Culture was consolidated with the leaders/employees with a purpose based on Toyota tools through EHS teamwork and an intense schedule of training/simulations;• I coordinated the implementation of the Toyota Environment Challenge 2050, structuring the ESG Projects/Programs strategies, surveys, diagnoses, action plans, approval of the level of Capex/Opex investments with the Brazil/Japan Board, work in multifunctional teams (Purchasing, Logistics , Production, Engineering, Maintenance, PCP, After-sales) and the main focuses guided by the 6 Macro Objectives (1-Zero CO2 emissions from vehicles, 2-Zero emissions in the life cycle, 3-Zero emissions from factories, 4- optimization of water consumption, 5-establish a society and system based on recycling, 6-establish a society in harmony with nature), the highlights are: A) ESG for Dealers, realizing the requirements of the Global Environmental Guide through workshops/ training for 300 people at suppliers/distributors, conducting audits, defining KPIs and alignment meetings ensured ISO14001 certification; B) ESCO-energy saving company for the reduction of energy consumption/CO2 emissions which after analysis of the data with the Engineering/Maintenance teams, the drop was 19% in electricity consumption, 17% in NG, 18% in CO2 emissions == It continues on Resume ==

• I ensured the implementation of TPS Lean, developing the standardization of activities with 4S+S in the stamping/bodywork/painting/assembly, Logistics/PCP processes that combined with the RCA-root cause analysis, Kaizens / elimination of the 3Ms “mura/muri /muda”, management of the FMDS-floor management developing system and Gemba; the level of engagement and innovation in the projects increased, which made it possible for me to implement the talent program for 600 employees where the perception of risks grew 17%, the reduction of defects was 15% and the increases (22% in productivity and 16% in climate survey GPTW) consolidated my production management;

• Co-participated in the implementation of the ECO Factory in South America, coordinating the licensing process for the new Factory in Sorocaba/Porto Feliz (1st Plant) for the Due Diligence process that made me accelerate the studies of laws/norms/rules/Health requirements , Safety, Environment, Sustainability, local/global Compliance with the Brazil-Japan Engineering team, environmental assessments for equipment/facilities, development of the EIA/RIMA to obtain licenses within the period agreed with the Board (12 months) , the highlights being: introduction of solar energy, water-based paint, efficient use of water/energy, minimization of waste generation, reduction of CO2/VOC emissions, recovery of 27% of the fauna and 31% of the flora of the green area of 80ha, contribution to the quality of effluents from the Sorocaba River, engagement in research by Esalq/UFSCar and the consolidation of environmental education as part of the corporate culture;• Coordinated the operational fronts of 2 Environmentally Sustainable projects, outlining deliveries using the PMP methodology, namely: 1) Municipal Natural Park Corredores da Biodiversidade, and that after alignment/trial with the Municipality of Sorocaba/Secretariat for the Environment of SP the resources Toyota environmental compensation (R$5MM) was used to install the 60-hectare Biodiversity Park to protect fauna/flora, expand the APP on the tributaries of the Sorocaba river, strengthen scientific research, environmental education in schools and ecological tourism; and 2) Morizukui “Create florest” at the Sorocaba Plant in partnership with Prof. Miyawaki from Hiroshima University in Japan, with the main action of planting 340,000 seedlings (143 tree species) to reduce 2,000 tons. CO2/year and also promoted 5 master's theses, there was a lot of involvement from employees and the community.
