Reporting to:Global Integrity ManagerPrimary Objective:- Improve plant Integrity across global continuous manufacturing sites.- Carry out activities that reduce both the SH&E and business risk.Responsibilities:- Lead the pressure systems leg of the Global Integrity TeamAccountabilities:• Provide technical guidance on integrity projects and turnarounds• Implement sound inspection programmes for pressure equipment (incl. piping) Currently implementing RBMI for pressure systems in accordance with API580/581 Guidance on existing inspection plans• Manage RBMI software issues• Foster working relationships with engineering and management staff across the business• Manage and assist in the development of graduate engineers• Direct work in accordance with recognised codes of practice• Draft and submit engineering standards/guidelines for the company in accordance with the relevant local regulatory requirements.• Assist sites to comply with regulatory requirementsFamiliar codes: Australian Standards 3788, 4041, 4343, 1210, 1940, 2022 API570, 574, 510, 579, 580, 581, 653, 620, 650 Australian Workplace Acts and Regulations ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes CSA B51-14 Canadian Boiler, pressure vessel, and pressure piping code ABSA (Alberta Boiler Safety Association) requirements EFMA 2008 Guidance for the inspection of ammonia tanks ASTM E1930 - Acoustic Emission
