Current• Guiding, training and managing kiosk management and staff members.• Preparing performance reports for presentation to upper management.• Implementing training programs for staff in the entire region, including new Kiosk outlets.• Ensuring all Kiosks & some depots follow safety, health and business laws.• Upholding regulations and operational procedures and policies.• Ensuring company standards of excellence and service are met by guaranteeing quality performance.• Collaborating with marketing team for the planning of sales and marketing.• Monitoring sales targets and maximising company profits for all Kiosks under your supervision.• Building collaborative relationships with your team to ensure achievement of objectives.• Providing input into regional meetings to support decision making and improve region functioning.• Identifying issues and problems within allocated area and making recommendations to implement changes as and when required.• Staying abreast of all changes and/or procedures within TCG that may affect the customer.• Staying abreast of all TCG structures, divisions and teams with a view to understanding the relationship between business and the types of queries received.• Ensuring optimal system and process knowledge. through continuous learning and development.• Ensuring opportunities are taken with a “can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous learning.
