Promoted as a young professional to manage and facilitate the accreditation process for over 20 National Olympic Committees involved in the London 2012 Games. My role was to ensure that each NOCs athletes, team officials, dignitaries and other guests were granted the most secure form of access to the UK and competition venues at the London 2012 Games. Key achievements includedLeading in the Accreditation aspect of major based delegation meetings in South Africa and the UK for 19 Olympic Committee Involved in the London 2012 Games.Client Manager during London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games resolving accreditation issues at the primary accreditation help desk at the athletes village. Deputy Accreditation Manager during the London Prepares Series (July - August 2011) coordinating the accreditation for media, broadcasters, international federations, and National Olympic Committees for the beach volley, BMX and Basketball Test Events.Providing first line support and issue resolution for NOCs under high pressurized circumstances whilst facilitating Accreditation for key dignitaries attending the Games. Welcoming and polite to all client groups which was proved whilst working on the Chefs De Mission Seminar 2011.

Selected as one of fifteen candidates to form part of the LOCOG 2010 School Leaver Programme - a select group of young apprentices employed on a full-time basis. I spent 6 months (September 2010-February 2011) working in various departments including Logistics, Human Resources, and Event Services before being promoted to work in the Accreditation department. In each functional area I fulfilled a number of Business Administration and project support roles.
