During the years I acquired necessary footwear, accessories and apparel knowledge through multiple product knowledge training courses as well as kept up to date while also teaching peers. Being in a full-time, position my role is to express on-going leadership with team members. I use strategic questioning and provide qualitative gait analysis to assess footwear needs of customers to ensure they acquire proper product and enhance their customer experience. I demonstrate the ability to successfully build relationships with customers within the community by accurately assessing their needs, deliver comprehensive customer service, recommend suitable products, connect with them through sport or activity and educate them about what they need and need to know about products and services. I manage to add in health and fitness information to help inspire them to live an active lifestyle. This results in established repeat customers and exceeding company customer service guidelines.

Volunteered as a personal trainer for the members of the community, many whom have metabolic ailments such as diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure. My role was to restore health, encourage positive lifestyle choices and educate the members of the community how important health and general fitness is to maintain independence in their later years.
