- Cash collection European & Eastern European markets - Customer Relationship management. - Initiate the collection process for uncontested overdue invoices- Analytics and accountability - Payment plan & Account Statement - Credit & Collection tools (SAP, Sales Force, VEGAS)- Customer visits/meetings with management and Sales- Consolidate documentation - Reporting of the overdue customers- Ensure weekly call out of top issues with a solution proposal- Provide feedback on customers credit status and potential bad debt risk- Monitor collections, customer DSO and aging balance
