I'm receiving requirements from IT division and eBanking division. The projects is vary from the ATM upgrade, until making new capabilities such as USSD Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc.

Received request from business users to create system or modify that already exist to meet their operational or business needs. I handle the hardware requirements, software capabilities, tuning function for location based SMS services, 4G LTE and VOLTE trial, manage XL Tunai operational enhancement like adding new billers capabilities, new function of payment and the last is upgrade XL Tunai core system.

I'm working closely with our team and planning the execution since hardware import schedule, hardware delivery to the site, manage engineers (network and servers) to setup all the clients needs, testing the connection and project closing

I'm handling day to day project timeline and working closely with developers team and the clients, especially when they in UAT until Go Live.

I'm doing technical presentation about the products, many of the future clients wants to see the demo of our application, how it operate, what is the benefit and the last thing is to make sure that this products can help them to handle the operation of distribution system
