Andre is a Talent Strategist and Founder of MakersForge, a start-up with a mission to help Founders to raise, hire and connect through community. Throughout his career he has successfully helped 23 Game Studios, and 18 Nordic Tech Companies to secure almost 100 hires and is currently advising companies on how to navigate the ever-changing talent market, coaching them to build and maintain efficient recruitment processes and create positive candidate experiences. He is also the creator and community manager of the MakersForge Founders Network, an online community of Founders in Games, spanning 15 different countries and is working to help the member studios secure capital and provide a wide of outsourcing partners to help build member studio projects.
