I am currently managing several project at BHP Billiton on behalf of EOH Microsoft Services

Aiding in the implementation and documentation of Indwe Risk services new PMO and lean methodology.

Fusion CRM is a software package that caters for basic CRM functionality and more complex solutions such as a holistic enterprise solution and accounting package. The main duties of the project managers is to do full business and technical analysis before project commencement and completing all project documentation.

•Taking on and implementing projects for AC² Solutions;•Maintaining, monitoring and analysing financials for projects•Making sure that the projects are running within agreed timelines, on budget and achieve the desired benefits while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction;•Making sure that projects adheres to governance•Making sure all project documentation is adhering to our project management methodology; •Analysing project risks/issues and mitigating them;•Generate monthly reports on the status of the projects;•Supporting project managers in their projects where needed be;•Generating reports from a portfolio view for upper management
