Managing two partnerships between:- MAC UK & St Christopher's- MAC UK & Havering CouncilThe goal of which was to embed MAC UK's way of working within the two services as well as supporting the creation and delivery of the St Christopher's Staying Close project.Responsible for disseminating MAC UK's psychological informed approach to working with young people in care throughout St Christopher's. Facilitating and delivering learning practice and reflective workspaces for care home staff as well the as leaving care team with a clear strategy to embed these practices within the team.Designing and delivering workshops on: - Formulation using Community Psychology- Formulation using Family Systemic Therapy- Formulation using Narrative Therapy- Formulation using Attachment Theory- Coproducing services for young people with young people.Evaluating the MAC UK & Havering Council partnership as well as the MAC UK & St Christopher's partnership using both qualitative and quantitative methods.Attending and contributing to partnership steering group's.

Line managing 3 staff including conducting 1 to 1 supervision, PMR’s and identifying staff development needs. Providing both reactive and proactive support to vulnerable young people aged 16 to 24 years. Working collaboratively with clients to identify support needs and to compile person centered support plans. Safeguarding children and young people as well as constructing detailed risk assessments for individuals and groups. Formulating within both a psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioral framework to challenge dysfunctional thinking as well as using mindfulness techniques to promote wellbeing. Attending multiagency information sharing meetings. Embracing weekly supervision meetings as well as maintaining a personal reflection diary. Facilitating the raising of public awareness of foyer programs and events as well as fund raising. Designing and organising the distribution of research surveys, analysing and correlating the results and using the results to develop strategies of future good practice. Delivering workshops to both clients and staff members, as well as performing client focused risk Assessments and caseload management.Rapport building and engaging with young people that have alcohol/drug dependency, personality and behavioral issues or have been the victim of domestic violence. Keeping up to date with professional advancements in sector research.

• Facilitating a dialogue using the FAIR mediation model between conflicting parties with the aim of reaching a resolution.• Managing a caseload using TCM's Apaxio system.• Maintaining a professional relationship with parties who have used the mediation service.• Using rapport building techniques such as open questioning, impartiality and active listening with the aim of identifying impact, needs and goals of parties.• Compiling mediation agreement contracts between parties that follow a SMART framework.• Sourcing and assessing the suitability of premises to conduct mediation meetings.• Where appropriate, working with co-mediators to achieve desired outcomes.
