NDIS Mental Health Officer Program Manager. The program is designed to support Local Health Districts and Speciality Health Networks across NSW by implementing a team of NDIS Mental Health Officers to offer expertise and assistance with all facets of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Responsibilities • Establish an efficient and streamlined NDIS process within the MRRC, Silverwater Women’s, Long Bay Hospital and Forensic Hospital correctional settings that ensures patients can have their disability needs met whilst in and upon release from these settings; • Educate and inform JHFMH and Corrective Services staff around the NDIS process, how it operates, and how it can be of assistance in ensuring patients stay well upon their release and assist in keeping them from custody; • Liaise with the NDIA, NDIS supports, Local Health Districts and relevant stakeholders with regards to patient discharge from custody and their return to the community, as well as managing relationships with the aforementioned networks; • Assist in the continued improvement and collaboration of care coordination for patients upon preparation for and release from custodial health setting; • Monthly reporting to JHFMH network Chief Executive on the progress of NDIS facilitation within the Justice Health setting.

This includes briefing State teams, coordination of campaign, booking of printing and distribution, communication with Operational, Marketing and Buying teams, creative execution and approvals.• Advertising and Promotional planning – maintenance and execution of the BWS Advertising and Promotional plan.• Budget – management of the BWS Local Store Marketing budget, maintenance of national and local press budget.• Television, Radio and Outdoor advertising – assistance in the execution of BWS promotional campaigns though Television, Radio and Outdoor advertising mediums. • Management of relationships between internal BWS local store marketing, head office marketing, buying and operational teams as well as wider elements of the Woolworths business such as local store supermarkets.• Management and maintenance of BWS Marketing Local Store and Web budget.
