The Board of Directors is the structure in charge of the Association's management and representation in matters of beverage production, commercialization and representation before public and private entities.

▪ Structured and managed the Legal and Tax areas (Compliance and Planning);▪ Defined company's tax strategy and policy for LatAm; obtained tax incentives; prepared and negotiated Special Tax Regimes, requested tax reimbursement and compensation;▪ Member of the Direction Committee (CODI), with responsibilities at budget, forecasts, KPIs tracking and definition, P&L, and participation in strategic decision-making;▪ Prepared a 10-year business plan forecast for the execution of a greenfield project of a Factory and Distribution Center construction in Brazil;▪ Managed Due Diligence projects (M&A): financial, tax and legal feasibility analysis;▪ Managed Contracts, Litigation, Corporate and Regulatory Obligations, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), Sustainability and Governance (ESG); Compliance, Civil, Labor, Consumer, Industrial Property, Real Estate Law; Mapping, Sizing and Monitoring risks and liabilities;▪ Responsible for Governmental and Institutional Affairs area; representing the company before Government Entities (at Federal, State and Municipal levels) at the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches; Public Prosecution Offices and Regulatory Agencies (MAPA, CONAR, Procon, Anvisa, MMA, etc.), Sector Representative Entities, and the Press.

▪ Conducted business consulting projects in Legal, Tax and Finance areas, successfully catering to the needs of significant clients at Retail, Beverage, Infrastructure and Service segments.

▪ Reference for advising foreign clients and issues related to ICMS-ST. Tax consulting and defense in administrative proceedings. Conducted risk assessment in Due Diligence investigations and M&A projects.

▪ In charge of the Indirect Taxes department, provided legal services to national and international companies with investment projects in Brazil.▪ Conducted tax planning for both direct and indirect taxes, tax reviews and Comex consulting.

▪ Conducted audits, consulting and tax reviews in sectors such as FMCG, Retail and Wholesale, Agribusiness, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Telecom, Logistics and Phonographic;▪ Participated on Due Diligence and M&A projects, tax planning, business restructuring, credit monetization and parameterization of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Datasul, Protheus);▪ Led teams of up to 15 less experienced consultants in field work.
