Motivated, dedicated and accomplished Law Enforcement Officer/Security/Program Manager serving as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Air Force. I have expertise in leading and managing personnel and programs, a comprehensive background in conducting criminal investigations, resource protection and planning of security operations for U.S./foreign dignitaries/special events for crowds of 25, 000+ derived from experiences across 4 continents spanning 10 countries.Currently, I am performing duties as the Superintendent of the Plans and Programs section for a Security Forces Squadron in South Korea. This section is responsible for implementing and managing the wings Antiterrorism Program, directing security operations for Protection Level resources and overseeing the Electronic Security Systems for the security of the installation. I am known to be a family orientated people person and a leader who gets from behind his desk to establish and promote a healthy work environment. My goal as a section lead is to ensure the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of everyone within the section. Last, I am great at creating teams and mentoring/coaching/developing people and establishing positive work environments that lead to success.
