Utilizes 42 assets worth $2B to execute airlift, air refueling and aeromedical evacuation for the Departments of Defense and State, White House Management Office and three combatant commands.

Commanded 40 personnel across three operating locations to plan, execute and evaluate 10 joint and multi-national field exercises, plus seven mission command headquarters training programs annually. Increased Joint Staff accredited training areas 66% and improved Air Mobility Command’s senior leaders by providing tactical airlift familiarization for their General Officer corps.

Synchronized and directed 265 personnel across five divisions to provide air power to theater sustainment and contingency operations. Incorporated theater missile defense into the European Command area of responsibility and provided the core expertise of joint and/or combined command and control capability.Coordinated the balance of reconnaissance requirements of the European Regional Commander focused on 71 countries across 3 continents with the capabilities and limitations of the Air Force. Maximizes the utilization of limited assets across multi-faceted, competing priorities. Coordinates the logistics, dissemination and optimization of restricted resources.
