Executive Director Of Operations
CurrentAndré Miranda is the Executive Director of Operations at Vockan Consulting and is responsible for the coordination of the Vockan teams, the only QAD authorized company in Brazil, in the Consulting Services and Product Support areas, with the aim of delivering fast, agile and effective solutions to its clients, as well as providing excellence in supporting the distribution, financial, manufacturing and tax areas, including the complexity of the Brazilian legal requirements in the usage of QAD solutions. André has over twenty years of experience in QAD solutions. Before joining Vockan Consulting, he worked as a senior consultant and project manager at QAD Brazil since 2001, working in the services area until 2017, participating in complex projects in the automotive, industrial and life sciences verticals. In the last 4 years he has been working as a Support Manager in Brazil, aiding in the implementation of process changes, minimizing the resolution time of requests and increasing efficiency for customers. Throughout his career at QAD he has received 2 global recognition awards (Presidents Club) for excellence in project implementation activities.
