As working in the Legal Department at Banco BOCOM BBM, focusing on credit recovery, non-performing loans, and distressed assets, I have successfully handled multiple cases involving corporate law, capital markets, banking law, judicial recovery, and civil litigation, delivering positive outcomes for the Bank by recovering its credits.I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, where I graduated in 2021, and I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Procedure at UERJ, expected to finish in 2025. I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in the legal field, especially in the areas of banking, finance and civil litigation. I am also proficient in legal writing, document preparation, researching, and I have obtained certifications in English (including Legal English), French and Spanish. My goal is to provide high-quality legal services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the bank and its stakeholders.
