Working as a Corporate Project Manager in several departments/areas of the Bank (Compliance, Risk, Products, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and IT), the main activities are:- Defining projects/initiatives and prioritizing based on team capacity/skills.- Consultative work with stakeholders from each area to map the operational flow of projects/products.- Executive meetings with C-Level (Steering Committee) for presenting project and program status reports.- Directing project delivery, utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies.- Monitoring and measuring IT development (development, testing, implementation, production).

- Portfolio Project Management in IT through prioritization based on resource capacity, company strategy, and budget;- Management of new demands and initiatives across various areas of the company (Finance, Risk, Products, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and IT);- Cost control and management, as well as budget forecasts;- IT Governance.

- Coordinating the release schedule and necessary resources according to third-party requests, delays due to defects, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.- Designing the implementation plan, crafting the activity flow, and implementing the Release Management process.- Utilizing process tools for metrics and control of the implemented processes.
