As I worked through setting up my profile with Linkedin, I have discovered a number of groups that can help in career building and creating a great network. I am hoping to continue to develop a coaching network that could help in landing the ideal head coaching job. I have already connected with a couple of coaching friends already on Linkedin. While searching the jobs area I found that connecting with potential employers is quite easy. This could be a essential part of my career planning and a very important step in my career. Being on Linked in could be very important in staying on top of any coaching philosophy changes and updates in training techniques.I feel that the Education, Health and Fitness groups would be two of the groups that I would connect with. These group directly impact coaches in terms of how to care for your body and how to train your body to get it maximum potential.
