Department: Technical service and Development for Polyurethanes.-Responsible for Technical service and development of polyurethanes business in Brazil for Transportation (Flexible, TF foam, Semi-rigid, compact PU, Integral Skin, Rigid Foam) and Consumer Comfort (Flexible Molded Foam and Slabstock Foam).-Provide technical consultancy and supports to customers on product applications, trouble-shootings and handling complaints; analyze and provide the solutions to the technical issues.-Plan and direct the activities of the trials at the customers’ site.-Evaluate and optimize the formulation / processing / products’ modification to meet the local market requirements and cost optimization.-Support customers in processing / formulation aspects.
