• The Enterprise Service Desk's objective is to ensure the immediate provision of Help Services to ITSB clients reporting problems and to provide timely help/information to these clients.
• resolve clients' data processing problems by diagnosing and effecting the corrective action, or by escalating them to the appropriate specialist groups for corrective action
• provide technical support, assistance and information to clients concerning the entire data processing facilities
