The Enterprise Service Desk's objective is to ensure the immediate provision of Help Services to ITSB clients reporting problems and to provide timely help/information to these clients.• resolve clients' data processing problems by diagnosing and effecting the corrective action, or by escalating them to the appropriate specialist groups for corrective action• provide technical support, assistance and information to clients concerning the entire data processing facilities• maintain records• ensure management is kept informed on high severity problems;• acquire and maintain knowledge of the new policies, products, services and systems being developed.• monitor and handle the e-mail received by the Service Desk• provide quality checks on problems being resolved the Service Desk as well as other support groups• provide guidance and support to other Service Desk agents
