Maintain and update organization`s Performance Evaluation Raters scheme. Maintain and update Agency roll-up and Manning Reports. Provided briefing to the Director and Senior Manager on all Human Resource matters. Administered company training by devising and implementing training plans, guidelines and procedures, reports and assessments for the organizations and employees assigned. Ensures that training is conducted in accordance with company`s training policy. Prepared training guidelines, individual training records, operation orders, travel plans, SOP’s, and readiness reports. Prepares and oversees, organizations monthly training meeting to develop yearly training plan with company leadership. Prepares training schedules and plans for approval of supervisor and corporate headquarters. Mange the company's allocations for employee schools. Prepares training and evaluation outlines and lesson plans. Prepares automated requests for orders. Assembles and maintains training metrics on employee qualifications/table certifications, common task testing, employee job skill Qualification and other critical data as required.

Responsible for the Human Resources operations for a rapidly deployable Airborne Field Artillery Battalion in support of over 300 soldiers. Supervised and rated staff performance regarding administrative and personnel unit operations, logistics, and budget management. Developed, implemented, and evaluated a variety of personnel support initiatives that improved unit operational efficiency and facilitated short and long term deployments. Coordinated various activities in support of manpower operations, workload distribution, training, performance evaluations, awards and other issues of command interest. Reviewed the quality of services in support to unit operations and provided feedback to higher headquarters. Planned, organized and conducted several readiness exercises while planning automation, budget and staffing requirements.
