Account Management Analyst, September 2023 to PresentUnited States Air Force, (Leidos) – Andrew’s Air Force Base• Receive, triage, and analyze IT service requests, incidents, and other tasks, and work to resolve issues through onsite and remote support.• Manage (enable or deprovision) Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) accounts in Active Directory.• Verify SIPR accounts Organizational Units and correct Security Groups for appropriate access.• Create/Delete and Modify Organization Boxes and Distribution Lists using online application DEPO.• Provision/Deprovision email using online application DEPO for the SIPR network.• Request SIPR Tokens for newly created SIPR accounts and provide issuance instructions.• Manage NIPR accounts, including added/removing of Security Groups for Share Drive access.• Create/Delete/Validate and Modify Organization Boxes, Distribution Lists and Security Groups using online application ESD or DRA for the NIPR network.• Update Remedy ticket for proper closure including customer’s permission to close out the incident or work order.
