Leverage emerging technologies in support of two Geographic Combatant Commands, 6 main operating bases, 46 annual exercises, and 83 geographically separated units. Act as a point of contact and leading 2 force protection international partnership programs while simultaneously managing a $600K budget for multinational operations to facilitate the largest weapons transfer in 15 years. Consult with international military leaders to plan strategic movements and operations for 6 locations, 640 employees, and $500M in DoD resources. Manage full cycle project management processes to upgrade Air Forces Africa’s $5.4M Improvised Explosives Device detection program capitalizing on customized technical solutions.

Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany

Research, analyze, identify, and correct critical manpower flaws and combat force protection gaps in seven operational plans and three contingency locations in support of hundreds of personnel and as much as $11.8B in budgets and equipment. Budget management for $1.6M in operations acquisitions for security reconfiguration and minimized direct threats for $248M in DoD aircraft by overhauling US Air Force’s European and African Risk Management Program closing an intelligence gap for 271 missions. All of this allowed for the successful movement of equipment (e.g., Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems) into vital defense locations to thwart Violent Extremist Organization actions against US military and civilian forces.

Employ expert knowledge of DoD and Air Force security and force protection programs to establish policies, governances, and frameworks for wartime and contingency efforts during peace, crisis, and wartime in Europe and Africa. Gather, merge, scrub, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from disparate sources. Measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of new security strategies, including those involving Presidential and Vice-Presidential missions.Coordinate security efforts through foreign government channels and oversee operations at US, coalition, and foreign military airfields, Direct security personnel and act as a point of contact for security forces deployment rotations. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to brainstorm security needs and deliver actionable change recommendations in support of long-term solutions.

Build the community-based policing program to nurture police and community relations. Act as the Force Protection Lead for the 6th Air Mobility Wing, HQ U.S. Central Command, HQ U.S. Special Operations Command, 36 tenant units, $3.4B in Department of Defense aircraft, and 19,000 personnel.
