Bootstrapped a startup focused on making the creative process more accessible and more predictable through the development of innovative products and services.- Designed Unblock Cards, a brainstorming deck with 60 cards to help creatives overcome the creative block, and sold more than 400 decks around Brazil, Spain, and Portugal;- Developed Unblock Coffee, a creative library with only award-winning campaigns, with members from the biggest agencies around the world;- Created BLCK.PWR.ADS, the first award festival with only black creatives on the jury, selecting the most anti-racist campaigns from the last years;- Structured Unblock Rank1ng, the global independent ranking from the most award-winning campaigns.

- Responsible for creating advertising ideas for brands such as Avon, Netflix, Nestlé's Nutren, KitKat, Hellmann's (North America), Ades, Shell, Porto Seguro Insurance, Porto Seguro Credit Card, Neostrata Minesol, Telefónica Vivo, Ponto Frio, and Casas Bahia;- Helped Ponto Frio and Casas Bahia (some of the biggest retail brands in Brazil) exceed 3 times their goal for Black Friday and Christmas sales;- Created Violet Month for AVON, a campaign that won more than 20 awards worldwide including 3 shortlists at Cannes Lions, Gold and Silver at Clios, Gold at MMA Smarties (and Agency of the Year for WT), and Bronze at Effie Latam;- Created the Pro-Idade campaign for Nestlé's Nutren, and helped the brand reach its highest sales in history;- Oversaw the work of junior teams and provided guidance to help them develop their skills and abilities

Taught creative students how to use technology in advertising and develop their own creative methods.- Established a 9-month course that teaches both creative methods and the future of technology (such as AI, VR, automation, etc.) and how to use it in advertising; - Mentored young students for creative contests, resulting in student work being shortlisted at Cannes Future Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and winning a Bronze at Brazilian Creative Club.

- Worked as an Art Director at Master, the 3rd biggest independent agency in Brazil in 2015.- Responsible for creating advertising ideas and bringing a digital mindset to brands such as Banco do Brasil, Palladium Shopping Mall, Copel Telecom, Grupo Dignidade and Paraná State Government.- Work created for Paraná State Government's campaign to fight violence against women was selected and featured in Luezer's Archive 200 Best Illustrations.

- Worked as a Creative Supervisor responsible for creating digital campaigns for clients such as Caixa Econômica, Caixa Seguradora, Grupo Boticário and Unimed;- Led efforts to improve creative excellence across the organization and was responsible for the art direction of campaigns and projects;- Actively helped and oversaw junior teams to develop their skills and capabilities

- Worked as a Senior Art Director for brands such as Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, J&J Reach, Tylenol, Volvo Trucks, Petrobras, Kraft Heinz, and Magazine Luiza.- Created the campaign "Grass at Sidewalks" for J&J Reach, which received 3 shortlists at Cannes Lions.
