Curacao

Main responsibilities:-Managing the day to day operations of this beautiful 5 star plus boutique resort. -Managing aprox 110 FTE, departments Front Office, Housekeeping, Landscaping, Security, Maintenance trough HOD.-To monitor and control all departments related costs and advise GM of findings and recommendations.-Recruting and interviewing new postions.

Responsibilities:-Making sure of smooth running of the F&B departments, to ensure that attention to detail is apparent and that guests receive service in line with the Kura Hulanda Standards.-To deputize the department and attend Department Head meetings.-To create a workplace that achieves quality service satisfaction and revenues through training.
