I was responsible for a waste water treatment plant which discharges high quality treated effluent to a sensitive receptor.My dedicated and engaged team consisted of engineers, technical officer, water operators, labourers, scientists and treatment plant operators, improved processes and procedures while maintaining current Work Health and Safety standards. We built a team that works, adds value, celebrate our successes and have "a voice". As a result our service delivery to our customers improved.
