I was employed by New Gen Management Consulting and placed with Dark Fibre Africa in the capacity of SHEQ Coordinator responsible for DFA Principal and subcontractors for their main client Vodacom. I audited the P.C. and their sub-contractors monthly and after approval the Gate 2 SHE files where send electronically to Vodacom SHEQ (client). I also construct and apply for all project approvals (800 plus approvals over the three years spend with DFA)

Joined Nokia after been retrenched by NOSA at the end of December 2016 and then hired back on contract and placed at Nokia. I were responsible for Nokia's Principal contractors and their sub-contractors for Nokia's Vodacom contract. I manage to approve 25 contractors to perform work for Vodacom.

After been retrenched by Aspirata I moved back to NOSA and took over Africa cooperate clients as lead SHE auditor. Performed third party SHE audits at clients premises throughout Africa. Where responsible for clients such as Muller Group Africa, Botswana Rail and Power, Sasol, Eskom Generation, etc. Performed a system and compliance audit at clients premises and within 20 days after audit provided clients with audit outcome and star grading according to NOSA 5 * system (CMB)

Joined Aspirata as their SHE Manager responsible for the head office based in Centurion and the three regional offices based in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban. The company consisted of four divisions i.e., Food Safety, Safety & Health, SHE Training, Occupational Hygiene and four types of laboratories. I were responsible for managing all aspects of SHE at all divisions nationally. I manage all financial, administrative and personnel functions. My activities included, but was not limited to only construction audits with team of Safety officers, Food safety audits at clients i.e., Pick & Pay Nationally and the JAM group. I also successfully manage with a team of safety officers a North West Governmental BBEEE road and building maintenance contract for a year. Compiled and approved new and existing tender contracts.
