I am responsible for publishing the Novelis North America Supply Chain Dashboard, On Time in Full reports and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to the regional management team in a timely and accurate manner. I continue to passionately improve our workflows and processes, by building tools to replace manual, error-prone tasks with tools developed with a combination of Excel VBA, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, SAP BI, Power BI and SQL, resulting in more accuracy & time… Show more I am responsible for publishing the Novelis North America Supply Chain Dashboard, On Time in Full reports and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to the regional management team in a timely and accurate manner. I continue to passionately improve our workflows and processes, by building tools to replace manual, error-prone tasks with tools developed with a combination of Excel VBA, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, SAP BI, Power BI and SQL, resulting in more accuracy & time for more crucial tasks. These improvements have netted a savings of over 8 hours per week. I also support our Supply Chain team members in the use of these tools and creation of apps to improve their reporting workflows. I was responsible for Supply Chain analysis, including the review and publishing of the monthly Sales & Operating Plan, developing our Asset Capacity Assumptions, developing and maintaining our various daily Key Performance Indicators dashboards, creating several SAP BI reports to support our Power BI dashboards for production and inventory levels, and creating and maintaining our department training document library. I also was responsible for conducting the yearly plant physical inventory, improving the process and preparation to minimize inventory discrepancies and reduced reconciliation time. I also migrated our team to both SharePoint online and MS Teams, creating several channels to improve communication and integrating many of our reports directly into Teams to improve efficiency and access to data. I also led the migration for our Quintiq Cold Mill Scheduling system from v4.1 to v5.6, with improved training, while implementing new conditional formatting to highlight key information to schedulers. I was involved on several rapid improvement projects to improve machine safety and productivity. This exposure to production on the plant floor gave me a solid foundation to progress into Supply Chain.
