As an Inflight Intern I provided base support, accepted base calls from system-wide, aided cultural/SWA Committee events, Internal Customer Care (notifications of death/celebration within the system), and witnessed meetings (transcripts, etc.)

At Pro Nails by Tina I worked on reserving appointments, processing service sales, client satisfaction, and managed all refunds/redos due to customer satisfaction issues.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

As a softlines associate I was the forefront of customer service, and also maintained the sales floor including but not limited to changing signs, fixtures, folding, and simply cleaning. I also handled training on boarding peers. I left the company a week before its shutdown September 2nd, leaving the last week of August.
