• Responsible for the Marketing activities for the launch of the new Brand MINI on the French Market. Advertising Budget: 1,2M€.• Created the Service product range for MINI in France (Customet Fidelity programm, roadside breakdown assistance, complete price maintenance program… ).

• Responsible for the sales of Merchandising, Accessories and Parts through a network of 28 dealers in the South-East of France. Turnover increase +14,4% between 1999 and 2001 (>27 Mio.€), financial incentives offererd: 1 M€.• In charge of the marketing strategies for Merchandising, Accessories and Parts in cooperation with the dealers (local advertising, events: shows, new vehicle launches…).
