Current- Founding member of IMG (previously RMI Investment Managers Group)- Design strategy for the business ensuring longevity and growth goals are met.- Responsible for all functions relating to operations, governance, strategy and finance.- Build and implement the Governance framework for the business from board level to business functions.- Build and implement the financial framework with the finance team to ensure financial control and accurate strategic forecasting, including the annual audit function with auditors.- Design and implement a modern technology backbone for multiple companies, including two listed entities. Transition businesses to cloud-based solutions and an enhanced mobility infrastructure and IT governance environment.- Investment activity (M&A) through negotiation, valuation, acquisition, due diligence and contracting process when acquiring investee companies.
