I currently serve as a Manager for Indelible, a management consulting firm that provides regulatory compliance, emergency management, health and human services, transportation, and technology solutions to public and private sector organizations. As the former Special Assistant to Florida's Secretary of Commerce, I led special projects, served in an advisory role on key policy initiatives, facilitated communication with stakeholders and Economic Development Organizations, and aided in the management of company divisions. As a former Jr. Privacy Consultant in the space of consumer rights protection and data management protocols, I served under Senior Consultants and advised major corporations on regulations applicable to their jurisdiction of operation. My areas of exposure to regulation compliance included, the European Union, Australian Privacy Principles, Mexican Privacy regulations, and state laws throughout the United States. I developed privacy management tools to ensure proper handling of sensitive company information and security and maintenance of consumer data, thus ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations.
