Supported the successful Comprehensive Cardiac Certification by the Joint Commission in 2023 managing three of the 6 departments surveyed, making SMCS only the second certified facilities west of the Mississippi. This integration enhanced documentation efficiencies for staff by eliminating additional steps. Collaborated with department leadership regularly to ascertain build requirements were based on true life workflows. These included admission, patient care discharge and revenue capture workflows.
