My name is Andrej, and here is a brief explanation about my working experience and how I manage and perceive my work.In the past I worked for a US company named KSM Carrier Group INC I was a professional CDL Recruiter there where you have to make certain marketing projects and designs and at the same time contact drivers to present what the company has to offer. I was working after hours as an HR Specialist calling the drivers once per week to see if there are any problems that the company can improve on or just have a simple chat with them to see if there is something internal that is bothering them but they don’t want to say it. Now I'm a National Hiring Manager for a Life Insurance Agency out of SC. I'm recruiting new life agents and adding them in our CRM, at the same time interviewing newly applied agents that want to join the agency. I’m holding personal conference calls and group interviews with our prospects.I’m an enthusiastic and outgoing person I remain calm and focused when I’m working on a project or a certain task.
