Environment: 2 Agile teams reporting to a Head of Product. Each team formed by Developers, QAs, XD, BA, and a Product Manager. Owning 5 different products in different stages of its life cycle required that every product had its key stakeholders mapped so that subject matter experts could be heard, training requirements gathered and value been delivered communicated. Validating hypotheses, LEAN solutions, clear KPIs, RAT, MVP, stakeholder management, usability tests, user research, constant backlog grooming, A/B test, DATA over opinion, all paramount to: -Reduction of 5 min of manual work PER user’s request resulting in man-hour savings for the company and readiness for business scale-up;-Reassessment of a communication channel strategy resulting in the reduction of costs of £36k per year;-Improvement in performance of website key pages by 6 fold (in average). Building the website readiness to attract more organic traffic and therefore potentially reducing more than £50k of investments in PPC per month;-Definition of a roadmap for Acquisition of new Customers by Referral product, aiming at profitability and refinement of conversion; (RAT)-Definition of a UVP and RAT plan for a new product aiming B2B market;
