Started in the company as a sales consultant and after the first year of good results I won a prize to go to London and stay 2 weeks in Europe where I had the opportunity to also visit Italy and France! When I got back, I became a sales trainer traveling all around Brazil to train new teams, check on offices procedures and give feedback to management. After one year of sales trainer, I became Sales Coordinator/manager at the office of Rio de Janeiro. I had the opportunity to train new consultants, make a new team and we achieve goals, broke sales records and had a blast during 2 years.

Negotiating with clients, generating new leads, building customer relationship, organizing and setting up events, closing deals.
