Andre Silva joins Nubodix with 20 years of building, spear-heading, optimizing, scaling and managing large volume call centers for the mortgage, financial and debt resolution industries. He specializes in initiatives pertaining to advertising, technology, sales, operations, analytics, and financial / logistical projections and preparations. He began his career in 1999 when he joined Ditech.com shortly after it had been acquired by GMAC and eventually played an instrumental role in various business development projects. Joining forces with the former VP of GMAC, he opened Xolutions, a technology company which designed technology for the banker-broker word. His notoriety in the mortgage space came in 2012 with his development of Quick Quote, a proprietary POS Pricing System designed to automate and streamline cumbersome work flow processes pertaining to FHA / VA mortgage-backed securities. The license of his system along with his consulting and over-sight assisted large players such as New American Funding and Cash Call scale their Government loan production to over $210,000,000 in volume per month. Most recently, he designed the work flow processes and technological solutions that helped launch GreenLink as one the largest Debt Settlement companies in the nation.
