Responsible for regional sales and account management for the complete Epson product portfolio within the Western Cape Region in South Africa. With this I took on the responsibility to locally manage the project together with the facilities team in Europe to open a local Epson office / experience centre in Cape Town with great success and I am currently managing the facility as well.Since I joined Epson in 2016, Epson has shown substantial growth from the region and I have consistently over achieved on the required targets.My duties are mainly to support the reseller and distribution channel with sales through to the end users, strategy setting, sales training & product demonstration. This includes sourcing and establishing channels in new markets, maintenance and growth of existing business, marketing & promotions, forecasting, profitability, sales generation, senior level negotiations, stock planning and price management. These customers range from small computer stores, SMB & Corporate Resellers, Online Stores and Retail Stores selling to individuals, corporate end users, Universities and Government institutions.
