Acting with technical support in hardware and software for internal and external customers;Design and provide maintenance on computer networks;Participate in the analysis, study selection, planning installation, implementation and maintenance of basic ad support software such as operating systems, databases, teleprocessing ad related;Approve equipment and software for a better performance of SESC activities;Configuration of basic equipment and software;Maintain inventory of software, hardware and network settings of SESC and its Units and keep updated;Create security policies;Perform preventions against physical or logical invasions;Install, configure and update antivirus and anti-SpyWares, Firewall and Proxy programs.Perform routine backup copies; Study the implementation and routine documentation that improve the operation of the computer;Install and maintain the various Operating Systems;Set up e-mail accounts;Install and maintain database systems;Provide support to users of the company or organization;Provide digital media systems;Participate and support other company projects.Update the applications necessary for the operation of the SESC / ES data, voice and image network;Ensure the integration of the SESC / ES data, voice and image network;Provide technical, training and informational support to users of SESC / ES data, voice and image services;Perform tests on the various systems that the company has;Develop systems to improve company processes (since 2018);
