- Coach Support Advisors of varying tenures to be high-performing, merchant focused and aligned with Shopify's mission- Utilize a number of tools and data points to leverage team and individual strengths and address opportunities to improve- Coordinate with leadership peers and Support Lead to brainstorm coaching opportunities and techniques, and create goals on a team and individual level to advance key objectives- Meet regularly with individual team members to discuss performance and ensure they are supported on a human level- Deliver strong business results through impactful coaching and goal setting- Create and foster an engaging and supportive culture for Support Advisors and other stakeholders
