I set up the central meat distribution unit in Nairobi to service countrywide branches as well as the central production unit to manufacture processed meat, handling monthly volumes of 250 beef carcass,12 tons of chicken and 700 goats. Set standards for meat displays countrywide. Responsible for training of butchery staff and setting hygiene standards for branches and factory. Increased countrywide butchery sales by over 100 % in six months.
