Greetings! I am Andre Thornton Jr, a Senior Business Administration Major at Florida A&M University. As of now I have been promoted to Resident Assistant from my previous duties at my University. On paper it seems simple, but it took showing reliability and consistency throughout my tenure with RHA to get to my current position. In the Summer of 2022 I spent my semester as rising Junior at PGA Tour Super Store in Roswell, GA. I served as the Facility/ Operations Supervisor in training for 10 weeks. During that time I composed the new company Operations Manual to be used nationally and presented in front of the Flagship location's superiors. The foundation of my leadership and management experience stems from rental property Project Management. From employees to budgets over the span of 3 solid and foundational years Iv'e lead and assisted in full scale projects of all ranges. I started in 2019 and this passing summer (2023) I was promoted to supervisor approving paperwork and renovation supplies from logistics and budget. Currently, I work at Vector marketing CutCo products to the everyday household. Ill give you one of my weaknesses, thanks for reading this far...One main learning curve for me was commanding those older than me. Although, one thing I've learned in my experience is no one can express anger towards an authority figure who is trying to understand them.
