Financial:- Controlling the budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on organization costs.- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.- Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.- Forecast future budget needs & analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.- Supervise the administration of payments to all related parties submitted on time according to the payment period.Operations:- Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, and office renovation.- Oversee the day-to-day activities are running smooth and ensure all the operations such as car operational, office environment, safety & health, smart office system, event management, etc are running smooth- Control and supervision of the activities of the non staff such as messenger, OB, driver, receptionist and other services companies in order to achieve maximum efficiency of work.- Maintain office coordination and administrative support to the organization, ensuring the utilization and execution of appropriate systems and tools for the entire teams’ success.- Act as solutive partner of other departments and provide the best solutions for every issue related to facilities & services.- Oversee travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, accommodation, car rental, visa arrangement, claims, etc. - Oversee routine and non-routine office purchase, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient.- Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationships with third parties.
