New applications were entrusted to our responsibility. In terms of SLO, we achieved great results that were recognized by the Sprint Executive team. We were able to achieve the best metrics they have had in several years.• In 2006 Sprint made the decision to merge with Nextel and worked on the plan to integrate all the different environments and applications that were being managed by IBM for integration with the Nextel IT infrastructure.• During this time, as a team member and leader, we averaged 99% of tickets closed within SLA and were able to achieve the highest level of metrics for SLAs as well as number of tickets closed in the team's recent history of Retail.
