* Responsible for supporting all PBMS Records operations nationally.* Strong background in Litigation, Corporate, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, and Project Management. * Coordinate & complete special projects involving purging of inactive files, office relocations, Warehouse inventories and Records conversions. * Create and manage project expectations, deadlines, and create weekly progress reports to the Client throughout the project.* Managed and completed 6 major Records inventory projects for 2 large PBMS Client's involving traveling to 5 different States. * Conduct site analysis of existing Records operations and prospective Clients who are looking to outsource Records.* Create a "Findings and Recommendations" report outlining the overall "state of the records dept." with the necessary recommendations from PBMS to improve the operation. * Directly involved in most of the new Records accounts during initial "Start-up" phase I for a period of 2 to 4 weeks.* Extensive knowledge in Records databases ie; Legal Key, Accutrac, FileSurf, Versatile, CMS, IRM, Interwoven, and Elite.* Directly involved with the Records Managers in creating policies and procedures to improve the operation.* Liaison with Client's outside storage and supply vendors to facilitate better pricing and storage rates.

Duties included:* Managed the Day to Day operation for 2 Law firms (Thacher Proffitt & Wood & Cowan Liebowitz), and a major Insurance Company (Aon Risk Services) during the first 7 years with Pitney Bowes.* Managed and completed 2 records conversions from a manual to an automated system.* Managed and coordinated 1 huge warehouse relocation project from old vendor facility to new vendor facility.* Performed administrative duties, which included staff reviews, assist HR with interviewing Records candidates, staff training, and mentoring staff.
